Our client services include the conceptual project designs, feasibility studies and financial packaging, detailed engineering and design, equipment procurement, module fabrication, construction and installation, plant commissioning and startup and ongoing and maintenance of the completed plant and supporting facilities. We also provide Construction Management, Procurement, Operating and Construction (EPOC). ITOE serves all of the chemical, oil, gas and power generation industries.

ITOE has specialized in maximizing the use of modular design to reduce overall cost. The cost saving in modular design is realized by prudent utilization of man-hours within a controlled environment, i.e. the fabricating facility. Modular design and critical path scheduling permits optimum use of time and creates the most favorable quality control environment. Engineering personnel are to submit change order revisions without
disruptions to workflow.

HOW WE WORK
Management
Our senior management team is composed of individuals that are well known and highly respected in the industry. Key personnel have an average of 40 plus years' experience. ITOE'S management provides a stable, creative, and productive atmosphere for the company's staff development and long-term growth. ITOE's management is capable of providing a single point of Client contact or if need be, a multi-point Client contact execution plant for larger projects. We utilize proper project controls to keep the project on course, schedule, budget, specifications, quality, & production yields. PPE'S management services include: Project Management, Operation Management, Administration Management, Financial Management, Construction Management and Logistic. ITOE's experienced management in development. engineering. construction. operation and maintenance encompassed many years and a large number and varied of projects. A listing of projects in which ITOE personnel have been significantly involved along with biographies of key personnels available upon request.
Fabrication
ITOE International Trans Oil Energy Inc., and PPE have a complete fabrication shop and lay down area of over 10 acres. The shop is equipped with well maintained equipment such as welding machines; plate rolls overhead cranes, etc. Our fabrications personnel and inspectors are equally experienced and well qualified to fabricate in the field or on site. Our fabrications shop manufactures vessels, heat exchangers, piping svstems and structures under various codes. All unfired vessels are fabricated with ASME certification and stamped for unfired pressure vessels. To support our fabrication shop, we have a separate, paint building and a machine shop to enable all work to be performed in-house.

These support functions include: Administration and Project Coordination, Cost & Scheduling, Documentation & Control, Reference Library and Standards, Procedures (Project, QA/QC/ Safety), Procurement and Programming.
